BACKING FROM THE HELL !
Tired, my first thoughts and feelings to what is tired.
Just come back from hell-style training camp, really tired that you can not imagine. I was the first time, 3 nights of sleep add up to no more than 8 hours.
In training camp, push-up, done a few thousand more.
All seemed pleased fined, but will not be tired doing it, because usually all fine used to.
But really they have learned something, which in reflection activities, only to find I have so many shortcomings. But really, I'm tired! ! !
2nd after the lecture is hosted by my favorite Liu sharing session, said a lot about the team's future, but have our 5 control,

今天是代数考，我也为了它准备了很多很多。。。
但一拿到考卷，前页有2/3不会做。。。
算了吧。。。
做会做的就好了。。。
下午。。。
原本要去医院的。。。
但是没有巴士。。。
所以我没去到。。。
下来，就去补习。。。
在补习当中，有种很不想补习的感觉。。。
补完习后，妈妈来接我。。。
说公公快不行了。。。
直接去医院。。。
到医院，看见他跟昨天没什么两样，就是心跳满了很多很多。。。
我尝试忍着，但眼泪最后都掉了下来。。。
自我5年纪以来，我再也没掉过眼泪。。。
但今天，我却掉了。。。
7.53分。。。
医生宣布公公正式死亡。。。
虽然考试也考，佛教的看法：人生不能避免生，老，病，死。。。
我很想看开他。。。
但我始终做不到。。。
平时很不正经的我，遇到什么事都笑得出，但这次，我办不到！！！
心里真的很痛很痛～
唯一可做的就是祝福他。。。
公公打从我出世以来就看着我长大。。。
现在走了真的舍不得。。。
还记得2年级时，他叫我绑鞋带。。。
还说警察的鞋就是那么绑的。。。
他时常替我绑鞋带。。。
但我都拒绝。。。
但现在，我很想你帮我绑鞋带。。。
公公，在天之灵，愿你安享晚年。。。

a early in the morning...
even not enuf sleeping...
is the time to finish skul...
waiting along the time reach...
there is another things to worry about...
when the time was reached, skul time was finished,training gonna start right now...
stepping faster to the canteen,crossing my hand there hoping will not raining,
yet, the god had accept my wish...
put in a lot of protection such as deep heat and the bandage,scaring about my leg,hoping nothing happens on it...
after it go to the court and begin the training...
the training was easier than weekdays...
the most hard is the running court...
maybe for others are easy...
for me got a little bit harder...
yet, i overcame it ...
after it, there is a match...
of coz im playing the point guard lar...

i done well in the match 2day...

im happy with this...

so that maybe he would not take part oso...

there is a proposal for next year whole Malaysia's Chinese Private School's competition...
therefore, if the head of department of school permitted to us on every Saturday will juz haf to study 4 period then start training...
what a proposal???

juz "FACE-BOOK"!!!
yet, i still touch de computer...
coz i juz touch, i din use the computer...
yesterday, Sab invite for a bball game....
i gone for it....
she juz watch us to play n sit wif her friends on the land, Jaye ...
alamak, am i not enuf dark ???
but i still play under de sun...
the sun vry good friend...
at the time is the most shine in a day...
i 1 thank you him/her for giving my body darker...
n waste my money to buy whitenen...
afterward , go took lunch wif them oso...
now add on a ppl, name Mr. SOH....
he is really soh but not sorrow.....
take lunch at the "BLACK SHOP"
the shop really gt problem wif the workers...
what a bad service from them...

but the girl is clever , chosen a place at outside...

coz it is no special methods on my legs...
only 2 ppl noe about tis things...

i go n report these things to Vice head-department of P.E
Mr. Liew Chee Seng...
gotta apply a half year leave from him...
yet, he is busy at the time...
so 2morow tell him is better den now...
NOW,let's get a time-out for the team...

hopefully YONG YEE can be the next playmaker for Junior team...

有够累。。。
一到宿舍食堂，看见渊煜在那里。。。
此外，还有一个傻婆----巫，姿，莹。。。
因为她叫我，所以我捏他的颈。。。
然后他走过来，本来以为他要打我。。。
谁知道拿张椅子来，然后坐下，问一样的问题。。。
显咯。。。
这次更厉害，还加了另一个人进去。。。

今天早上，吃了早餐后，就去1U 看戏。。。
当天才买票，因为买早上票，所以有大把位子供你选。。。
看《大兵小将》。。。
有成龙，王力宏，bla bla bla 很多不认识的演员。。
不错啦这套戏。。。
有搞笑，有刺激。。。
看完后，就在《香港》饭店吃午餐。。。
其实， 我是拿这套戏来解压。。。
因为明天冼都区篮球锦标赛的1st day....
有少少紧张。。。
希望大家多多支持！！！

den,就跟他开始吹水了。。。

新年 part 2
昨天年初3
每年的今天，我都会回妈妈的老家----- 芙蓉
芙蓉，都是众所周知的一个小镇，是森美兰州的首付。。。
那里有好多美食。。。
bla bla bla...
好像在做导游酱。。。
自己去亲身体验下啦。。。
回到芙蓉，第一件事就是去明胳酒家吃点心。。。
之后就去蜈蚣山a.k.a.师爷庙...
那里热到～～～～～～～～
没有话出。。。
之后就去3舅家去吹冷气。。。
爽到我睡着了我也不懂 =P。。。
之后，就到S2 的不懂那个角落吃完饭才回家。。。
每一年的年初3流程大概多讲完了。。。。
年初4.。。
今天很得空。。。
所以表姐拉我跟哥哥与表哥及他的女朋友去看戏。。。
在kepong jusco 看。。。
连看两场戏。。。
第一场看72家租客。。。

Didier Drogba scored both goals in Chelsea's 2-0 win over Arsenal on Sunday - then confirmed the squad are united behind captain John Terry.
Terry was sacked as England captain by Fabio Capello on Friday following allegations relating to his private life.
Drogba admitted it had been a tough week for Chelsea - but he stressed Terry had the players' full support.
"It has been a difficult week for us, for Chelsea, for all the club," Drogba told Sky Sports. "We tried to stay together and focus on the game. It is a matter of time but we will stick together and keep looking forward.
"We offered him (Terry) as much support as we can. The best thing for him is to play. All his team-mates have to do everything for him."
Chelsea's victory took them back on top of the Premier League and it leaves Arsenal nine points off the pace.
Drogba has now scored 12 goals in 12 appearances against Arsenal.
"The most important thing is we are top of the league," said Drogba.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admitted the Gunners are now outsiders for the title.
"It is difficult to swallow a defeat like that when we felt we were the better team," said Wenger.
"Chelsea defended well until the last minute so you have got to give them credit. We are outsiders but we will fight until the last day of the season.
"I believe everyone can drop points. Let's come back to win our next game first and then see where we stand."

Nike’s first basketball-specific Nike Max 360 air sole is designed and engineered for the multi-directional movements of the modern basketball player. This basketball-specific air sole contains 80 percent more air than the previous full-length unit for ultimate comfort. The air sole is strategically contoured with a thinner forefoot and deeper heel placing cushioning where it is needed most.
Moving upward from the court floor, the insole and upper of the shoe match the mid-sole’s innovation. The seamless integrated bootie not only makes for a comfortable ride with no irritation, but also provides the lockdown support basketball players covet. Nike Flywire technology, first introduced in the highly successful Nike Hyperdunk, provides support without adding unnecessary weight by integrating tensile fibers with a minimal use of materials. On the outsole, five flex grooves represent the five players on the court while 23 stripes in the midsection represent LeBron’s number. The outsole also features a 3D decoder key which, when the shoe is rotated, displays LeBron’s credos – Passion, Fearless, Tradition, Community, Family, Loyalty – and other call-outs from his life.
Additionally, the seven Nike Flywire strands on the tongue of the shoe represents the Nike Air Max LeBron VII as the seventh shoe in the signature series. This same call-out is repeated with the V-shaped metal eyelets on the top of the shoe and Roman numeral II embossed directly underneath it.

The Nike Air Max LeBron VII is designed to deliver maximum comfort and stability. It features an innovative, basketball-specific Max Air airbag unit, a cushioning first for the company, and a Flywire engineered upper using higher tensile-strength cable than in previous performance basketball shoes.
